Deconstructed Mexican Falafel |

Ingredients -

  • For Falalfel
  • Cous cous – 1cup
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Sweet Potato – 100gm (Boiled)
  • Dabeli masala – 2tbsp
  • Sweet chutney – 2tbsp
  • Oil – As required
  • Bread crumb – 10gm
  • On1y’s Italian seasoning
  • Stock – 2 cups
  • On1y’s Pink salt

Procedure -

  • Take couscous in a bowl and add veg stock, butter, salt and pepper and Cling wrap the bowl and leave it to Fluff. (It will fluff up in 10mins. Stir with a fork & use as desired)
  • In a bowl take some dabeli masala, sweet chutney, chilli flakes and mix
  • In a pan add oil, stir in garlic, mashed sweet potatoes and the dabeli mix and cook for a min
  • Add the fluffed couscous to the aloo mixture
  • Add bread crumbs and shape into tikka, Shallow fry and keep aside
