Pickled Pineapple & Cabbage Relish |
- Canned Pineapple – 2 slices, diced fine
- White cabbage – 2 tbsp Diced fine
- Jalapeño – 1 tbsp, diced fine
- On1y Salad seasoning 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Combine all the ingredients and toss well. Keep aside to rest till required.
- Take your taco shell/Vol au vents/ canapes and spoon the curried pulled paneer filling.
- Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle over some Sriracha mayo.
- Serve with the fruit relish alongside
