Ingredients -

    • Large Potatoes, thinly sliced – 2
    • Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced – 2
    • On1y Thyme – 1 Tbsp
    • On1y Sea Salt – 1 Tsp

Procedure -

    • Thinly slice potatoes and cheddar cheese. Blanch the potatoes in boiling water.
    • Arrange them into baking tray on each other, sprinkle On1y Sea Salt and On1y Thyme.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7-8 minutes until cheese melts. Remove and serve hot.
