On1y Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Cancellation/ returns/ replacement/ refund in case of all products ordered through www.On1y.in (“Site”) will be governed by this policy (“Policy”);

    Cancellation

  1. Customer can cancel an order only before it has been shipped (“Cancellation”).
  2. Once the order has been shipped from the warehouse and a confirmation email is sent to Customer’s registered E-mail ID, the order cannot be cancelled by the Customer.
  3. Company reserve the right to cancel an order in one or more of the following circumstances, at any point in time:
    • If the shipping address falls outside the delivery zone offered by the Company; or
    • Customer cannot be reached by phone/ E-mail to confirm the order booking; or
    • If the information/ direction/ authorization from the Customer is deficient to effect successful delivery; or
    • In case of non-availability of stocks at any point in time.
  4. Upon Cancellation, Company will initiate refund of the amount paid by the Customer within 24-48 hours as per Customer’s original payment method.
  5. Returns, Replacement and Refund

  6. All products for sale on the Site are food products (“Products”) and are not eligible for return for whatsoever reason, unless otherwise provided herein.
  7. Customer shall have the right to place a replacement or refund request, only in the following conditions within the time frame provided below:

    (a) Product is received in damaged condition or mismatches / is different from the product ordered within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the Product
    (b) Product is found to be infested within 10 days from the date of delivery of the Product
    (c) Product is not delivered within 10 working days from the date of placing the order within 24 hours from the close of 10 working day
  8. No replacement or refund request will be entertained by the Company beyond period provided in clause 6.
  9. Request for replacement or refund of the Products will be processed only if:
    • The request is accompanied by photographic proof that the delivered Product is damaged or infested or mismatched (“Defective Product”); and
    • The Product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, and any/ all accessories therein).
  10. A Product which is replaced once earlier, shall not be eligible for any further replacement.
  11. Refund will be initiated only upon receipt of the Defective Product by the Company or upon confirmation of non-delivery by the Company.
  12. The Refund time period for different modes of payments is provided below:

    UPI Linked Bank Account 2-4 business days
    Wallet Balance 3-5 business days
  13. Note : In case, the Customer has received a refund confirmation E-mail from the Company and if the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired, but the Customer has still not received the refunded amount, the Customer is requested to contact his/ her credit or debit card issuer or bank for more information. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts or in cash/ cheque.

  14. This Policy (and any further guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  15. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore
  16. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Policy by posting the updated terms on the Site.
