garlic- ginger, chopped | 1 tsp |

red chili powder | ½ tsp |

METHOD
- Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds, cashew nuts and peppercorn. Add onion, chopped garlic and ginger, turmeric and saute until onion turn golden brown.
- Now add red chili, tomato and makhana and saute for minute.
- Add boiled rice, garam masala and roasted garlic and pink salt mix well.
- Serve immediately with boondi raita.
