INGREDIENTS

watermelon pieces    1 ½ cup
tomato juice   1 ½ cup
chopped bell peppers    1 cup
cumin powder    1 tsp
ON1y Soup Seasoning 1 tbsp
lemon juice   ½
soaked bread   1 cup
extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp

METHOD

    In a blender add watermelon pieces, tomato juice, bell pepper pieces, cucumber pieces, soaked bread, cumin powder, soup seasoning, lemon juice and blend it well.
  1. Sieve the mixture and remove in a bowl.
  2. Garnish the soup with olive oil, mint leaves.
