watermelon pieces | 1 ½ cup |
tomato juice | 1 ½ cup |
chopped bell peppers | 1 cup |
cumin powder | 1 tsp |
ON1y Soup Seasoning | 1 tbsp |
lemon juice | ½ |
soaked bread | 1 cup |
extra virgin olive oil | 2 tbsp |
METHOD
- In a blender add watermelon pieces, tomato juice, bell pepper pieces, cucumber pieces, soaked bread, cumin powder, soup seasoning, lemon juice and blend it well.
- Sieve the mixture and remove in a bowl.
- Garnish the soup with olive oil, mint leaves.
