INGREDIENTS

fresh tomato puree, seedless and skinned | 1 cup |
fresh ginger, grated | 2 tbsp |
ON1y Soup Seasoning | 1 tbsp |
chicken stock | 3 cups |
sugar | 1 tsp |

METHOD
- Heat a large soup pot over medium heat with olive oil. When hot add the onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and ginger. Now add chicken pieces and Cook for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and veggies are beginning to soften.
- Stir in the tomato puree, soup seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes while continuously stirring. Add the chicken stock and sugar. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
