INGREDIENTS

large potatoes, thinly sliced 2
cheddar cheese, thinly sliced 100 gms
fresh thyme 1 tbsp
ON1y Sea Salt 1 tsp

METHOD

  1. Thinly slice potatoes and cheddar cheese. Blanch potato in boiling water.
  2. Arrange them into baking tray ob each other sprinkle sea salt and thyme.
  3. Bake into preheated oven at 180 Degree Celsius for 7-8 minutes until cheese melts. Remove and serve hot.
