large potatoes, thinly sliced | 2 |
cheddar cheese, thinly sliced | 100 gms |
fresh thyme | 1 tbsp |
ON1y Sea Salt | 1 tsp |
METHOD
- Thinly slice potatoes and cheddar cheese. Blanch potato in boiling water.
- Arrange them into baking tray ob each other sprinkle sea salt and thyme.
- Bake into preheated oven at 180 Degree Celsius for 7-8 minutes until cheese melts. Remove and serve hot.
