1. Marinate the fish in a little bit of salt for 10 mins and drain.
2. Make a marination with yoghurt , besan , onion , ginger ,garlic , Thyme and spices.
3. Marinate the fish and skewer it
4. Cook in a hot oven or the Tandoor , keep brushing with oil till done
5. Sprinkle with Thyme and Serve with lime wedges and mint chutney.
