INGREDIENTS

Fish cut into 1 and a half inch cubes 500 gm
clove garlic minced 1
ginger minced 2 inch
garam masala 1/2 tsp
onion paste 1
sprig coriander leaves 1
amchoor 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
yoghurt 4 tbsp
Besan 1 tbsp
vegetable oil 2 tsp
On1Y thyme 2 tsp
salt to taste 1

METHOD

    1. Marinate the fish in a little bit of salt for 10 mins and drain. 2. Make a marination with yoghurt , besan , onion , ginger ,garlic , Thyme and spices. 3. Marinate the fish and skewer it 4. Cook in a hot oven or the Tandoor , keep brushing with oil till done 5. Sprinkle with Thyme and Serve with lime wedges and mint chutney.
