INGREDIENTS
Fish cut into 1 and a half inch cubes | 500 gm |
clove garlic minced | 1 |
ginger minced | 2 inch |
garam masala | 1/2 tsp |
onion paste | 1 |
sprig coriander leaves | 1 |
amchoor | 1 tsp |
red chilli powder | 1/2 tsp |
black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
yoghurt | 4 tbsp |
Besan | 1 tbsp |
vegetable oil | 2 tsp |
On1Y thyme | 2 tsp |
salt to taste | 1 |
METHOD
- 1. Marinate the fish in a little bit of salt for 10 mins and drain.
2. Make a marination with yoghurt , besan , onion , ginger ,garlic , Thyme and spices.
3. Marinate the fish and skewer it
4. Cook in a hot oven or the Tandoor , keep brushing with oil till done
5. Sprinkle with Thyme and Serve with lime wedges and mint chutney.
