INGREDIENTS

Sweet potato, boiled 2 cup
small onion, chopped
small tomato, chopped
To tatseRock salt (Sendhanamak)
On1y Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Red chili powder ¼ tsp
Roasted cumin ¼ tsp
Lemon juice ½ tbsp
Handful fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Yogurt 1 tbsp

METHOD

  1. Take boiled potato and cut them into 1 inch roundels
  2. Add potatoes, onion, and tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, limes juice and stir well.
  3. Serve in service bowl and sprinkle yogurt and fresh coriander leaves.
