INGREDIENTS
Lamb, cut into boneless pieces | 500 gms |
Ginger garlic paste | 1tbsp |
Salt to taste 2 to 3 | |
Lemon juice | 1 no |
Raw papaya paste | 30 gms |
Yoghurt | ¼ cup |
On1y Meat Supreme | 1 tbsp |
Cumin powder | 1 tsp |
Green cardamom powder | ½ tsp |
Red chilli powder | 1 tbsp |
Olive oil/ vegetable oil (it will go in second marination) | 1 tbsp |
Olive oil/Butter for basting as required |
METHOD
- Wash & clean the lamb pieces.
- Marinate the lamb with ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, and raw papaya paste.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Prepare a second marinade by mixing all the other ingredients except oil/ butter.
- Marinate the lamb cubes with this marinade and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Skewer the lamb cubes and roast in a tandoor / oven / grill/ broiler for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove, baste with oil/butter and roast again for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Remove from skewers and serve hot.
