INGREDIENTS

Mutton miced 500 gms
medium coarse bulgur 1 cup
fresh mint leaves 1 cup
onion, chopped 1 large
On1y Meat Supreme 1 tbsp
ground cumin 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
polive oil 3 tbs

METHOD

  1. Place burgul wheat into bowl and add 2 cups of water into it. Boil for 5 minutes and then drain excess water.
  2. Make paste of mint leaves and onion together add this mixture into meat and add Meat supreme, ground cumin, salt and burgul and throughout. Using damp hand, shape the lamb mixture into small, palm-sized patties.
  3. Place the olive oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the kibbeh patties and cook until outside is golden brown and center is cooked through, turning once, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
