INGREDIENTS

Paneer 450 gms
heavy cream 3 tbsp
curd 1 tbsp
roasted besan 1 tsp
cashew nut powder 1 tbsp
ON1y Dry Rosemary 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
green Capsicum, cut into cubes
Onion, cut into cubes

METHOD

  1. In bowl add cream, curd, roasted besan, cashew nut powder, dry rosemary, chili powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  2. Add the paneer pieces and marinate gently. Cover the bowl, and let it rest for an hour into refrigerator.
  3. Arrange marinated paneer, onion, capsicum onto skewers.
  4. Heat little olive oil in non-stick pan and cook skewers from all the sides.
