METHOD
- In bowl add cream, curd, roasted besan, cashew nut powder, dry rosemary, chili powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add the paneer pieces and marinate gently. Cover the bowl, and let it rest for an hour into refrigerator.
- Arrange marinated paneer, onion, capsicum onto skewers.
- Heat little olive oil in non-stick pan and cook skewers from all the sides.
