Paneer 500 gms
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds toasted 2 tbsp
On1y mixed herbs 1 ½ tbsp
Coriander leaves, chopped handful for garnish


  1. Cut the Paneer into long fingers of 1 cm thickness. Marinate it with ginger paste, garlic paste, ON1y mix herb seasoning for 30 minutes. Arrange them onto satay sticks.
  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds and grill them onto nonstick pan. Brush little olive oil on top.
  3. Serve hot with peanut sauce
