INGREDIENTS

slices of White Bread edges trimmed 10
cups mozzarella cheese 1 1/2
On1y oregano
Diced tomatoes ½ cup
slices of olives 10 to 12
chopped bell peppers 1 cup
Water in a bowl
Oil for deep frying

METHOD

    1. Take each piece of bread slightly wet it and smash it flat. Place 2 slices of olives , tomatoes and little bell peppers in the center of the bread layer with 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Oregano. 2. Pull corners to the center, pinch edges together. Use your fingers or a brush and seal with water. Place assembled pizza bomb seam side down. Repeat assembling, until all the pizza bombs are assembled. 3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. 4. Working in batches, drop pizza bombs into oil. Cook, turning once, until browned and puffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to rack with a slotted spoon. Let cool slightly. Serve warm with tomato sauce
