A handful of red grapes | 1 |

For Marinade | 1 |
On1y Fruit Seasoning | 1 tbsp |
lime juice | 1 tsp |
chili powder | ¼ tsp |
sugar | ½ tsp |
extra virgin olive oil | 1 tbsp |
fresh parsley, chopped | 1 tbsp |
METHOD
- Wash cut the fruits. In a large bowl, mix them and keep aside.
- For the marinade add all the ingredients an mix well. Apply this paste onto skewers and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil into flat pan and cook skewers 3 minutes each side.
