INGREDIENTS
Baby Potatoes, boiled, peeled | 500 gms |
olive oil | ½ tbsp |
unsalted butter | 1 tbsp |
Lemon zest | ½ tsp |
Lime juice | ½ no |
Salt to taste | |
Black pepper | ¼ tsp |
Chaat Masala | ½ tbsp |
ON1y Dry Parsley | 1 ½ tbsp |
Coriander leaves, chopped handful for garnish |
METHOD
- Add butter and oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, parsley, lemon zest, chaat masala, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until potatoes are heated through and beginning to brown, tossing often, about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle lime juice and more parsley, toss and serve.
