INGREDIENTS

Baby Potatoes, boiled, peeled 500 gms
olive oil ½ tbsp
unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Lemon zest ½ tsp
Lime juice ½ no
Salt to taste
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Chaat Masala ½ tbsp
ON1y Dry Parsley 1 ½ tbsp
Coriander leaves, chopped handful for garnish

METHOD

  1. Add butter and oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, parsley, lemon zest, chaat masala, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook until potatoes are heated through and beginning to brown, tossing often, about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle lime juice and more parsley, toss and serve.
